Who we are
RemodeLA Inc, trading as RemodeLA Builders, is a California licensed general contractor (CSLB #1112118) located at 5530 Corbin Ave, Unit 105, Tarzana, CA 91356. This policy explains what we collect through remodelabuilders.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:
- Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, service of interest, your project address if you provide it, and anything you write in a message or estimate request.
- Information collected automatically. Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you visit.
- Cookies. Essential cookies that make the site work, plus analytics cookies if you allow them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time, though parts of the site may work less well.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare and deliver an estimate, schedule and perform work, handle permits and warranty matters, send service or newsletter emails you asked for, keep the site secure, and meet our legal and licensing obligations.
Calls, texts, and your consent
If you tick the consent box on a form, you authorize RemodeLA Builders and/or its dealers to call and/or text you about its products at the number you entered, using an automatic telephone dialing system, even if that number is on a ‘Do Not Call’ list. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing admin@remodelabuilders.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, meaning email and form delivery, hosting, analytics, scheduling, and financing partners where you have asked for financing, each bound to use it only for that purpose. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and estimate records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy contract, warranty, licensing, tax, and insurance record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to request correction, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still make any of the requests above.
